Refund policy
1.Return and Exchange Period
Customers may return or exchange items within 15 days from the date of purchase (Items received as gifts are non-returnable).
2. Customization and Design Charges
Customized or personalized items are subject to design charges, which are non-refundable. Due to their personalized nature, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Warranty
Gold-Plated Products: We offer a 7-year warranty on all gold-plated items against manufacturing defects.
Other Products: A 1-year warranty is provided for all other products against manufacturing defects.
4. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.
5. Return Process
Initiation: Contact our customer service team at +91-98842-02400 (9AM – 6PM) / info@mantragoldcoatings.com within the 15-day return period to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, items will be inspected. If they meet the return criteria, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
For exchanges due to size or a different product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at +91-98842-02400 (9AM – 6PM) / info@mantragoldcoatings.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
8. Additional Information
International Returns: For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
